Reckless company!

I was a loyal customer of it but there is no price differantion between rivals anymore. Booking has so many fake properties that happened to me twice unfortunately. When I arrived to address there was no property. This is unacceptable. You ruined my vacation. There should be a proper control mechanism while openning a new property.. You guys are joke..
